Healthy Living

    Are you a busy person? Do you get outdoors much? Do you get frustrated easily? Well, if you are any of those things and aren’t as mentally and/or physically healthy as you’d like to be, here are some ways you can be more healthy easily.

Exercise

   Exercise is one of the many ways you can get healthier mentally and physically. Exercise may be hard to squeeze into your daily routine if you are a busy person but it is worth it. The way that exercising can make you more mentally healthier is, it may help calm your nerves. It can also, make you more happy.  Exercise also helps you physically, too. There  are a variety of different exercises that you can do to make you stronger and also, help you lose weight. For example: burpees, jumping jacks, sit-ups, mountain climber, and push-ups. Those are just some exercises that may help you.
          

Vitamin G

    Vitamin G is the second way I will talk to you about today. If you don’t know what Vitamin G is, I will explain it to you. Vitamin G is not a vitamin that you eat. It is a different type of vitamin. Some people say that it’s a vitamin for your mind. Vitamin G is what you need when you don’t get outside enough. Do you have an idea of what it is? Vitamin G is another way of saying green time. Vitamin G is when being outside helps stimulate your mind. In other words, doctors believe that being outside helps your mind by making it think.
    
     Many health experts call the problem of kids not spending enough time outdoors “NDD” or “nature deficit disorder.” The obvious way to cure this is, getting Vitamin G. Studies show that spending time outdoors automatically makes people more happy and more focused. That’s how Vitamin G can help you mentally.


Healthy Food
   Eating  healthy food is a great way to get fit! Eating healthy also helps your heart!❤️ Some bang-up healthy foods are apples, carrots, oranges, bananas, broccoli, and lemons.  If you naturally go for junk food, maybe try diets. Diets go along with healthy food. Most diets decrease the amount of junk food you eat for a period of time. Anyway, eating some types of healthy food can help your night vision, help you reduce calorie intake, help your sense of smell, help your heart, and more!!
